  • Cancellations

    Cancellations are accepted providing this is done before production of your item has commenced. A cancellation should be made within 24 hrs of purchase.

    We do not accept returns of custom made nail sets, be it custom sizes or customised designs. Customisation of a product makes them unique to the buyer and unsellable to another.  For this reason, we are therefore unable to offer refunds and returns
