Refund Policy

Returns and cancellations

Cancellations are accepted providing this is done before production of your item has commenced. A cancellation should be made within 24 hrs of purchase.

 

Custom order

I do not accept returns of custom made nail sets, be it custom sizes or customised designs. Customisation of a product makes them unique to the buyer and unsellable to another.  For this reason, I am therefore unable to offer refunds and returns

If, however a pre-set sized nail set has been ordered, I will happily accept these as returns and place a full refund upon receipt of these providing:

• Returns have been arranged prior to sending items back

• They are unused, in their original condition and received in a re-sellable condition. 

• Original shipping costs are non-refundable

 

Upon receipt of your returned item/s will be inspected with a refund issued to your original payment method.  Banks processing times are 3 – 5 working days at which point it will credit your account

Damaged or defective items

Pictures of any damaged or defective items should be provided so that we can raise a compensation claim with the delivery service

I do my best to guarantee that all images reflect genuine colours and designs, but please keep in mind that screen resolution can have an impact; as a result, actual colour may vary slightly and minor differences may occur due to the nature of these products being hand crafted as opposed to manufactured
